DIY Tie Skirt

We need to go thrifting ladies!
 Look at this skirt beautiful Krystal of This Time Tomorrow was flaunting a few days back!
 How cool is this? Her skirt is made of suspenders, but i am sure you can DIY it with old silk ties as well!
