DIY might just be the best tasting thing of 2011

I might be selling in this cake too hard, but im pretty sure this cake would make even the worst 
heart-ache bearable (and the next best part: no guilty aftertaste since it's mostly berries anyway!!)  

You will need:

About 800g of frozen or fresh berries.

100g Melted Margarin
2 dl Sugar
2,5 dl Flour
1ts Baking powder
1ts Vanilla essence
1 Egg

Pour the berries in an ovenproof dish.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Yeah.... the batter doesn't look very delish, but that will be completely forgotten when you taste the finished product!!! YUMMM!

Cover the berries in the batter, either pat small little pieces and add, or use a rolling pin and make a "lid"

Bake for 30 to 40 minuts in 175 C or 350 F.

This receipt can be varied with whatever fruits or berries you have on hand, but the Raspberry+Blueberry option above has a special place in my heart/stomach!
