DIY Asparagus Snack

Last night I left the Oslo Spring behind and went up north to Trondheim to visit my grand pap Bess.
Upon arrival I discovered:
 1. That Fry boots in a snow/rain storm was not the best idea.
2. No matter how long Im on a plane I always feel starving by the time I land.

This is the perfect quick snack for late evenings, so delish and not too heavy to eat on late arrivals.

Snapp if the ends, they are too corst to really eat. You just hold the middle of the asparagus and try o snap the end of, it will snap at right the perfect place.
Melt some butter and fry them on medium heat til they go bright green (they change color a bit) and soften. Serve with some Parma ham, enjoy alone or with your fav person, like me :)

YUM!!

  1. What a great snack and better than a carb overload (which is what I tend to do). Thanks for the idea! Enjoy your time with your grandpa!

  2. I love asparagus, whenever I eat them, I usually have mashed potatoes and salmon on the side. Good stuff.
